SUMMARY:Last Day to Apply to Equitable Community of Practice Inaugural Cohort
DESCRIPTION:Join Fairfield County’s Community Foundation’s first Equitable Leadership Community of Practice supporting White Leaders working in\, for\, and with Communities of Color. This inaugural cohort is intended to support a small group of White individuals who are committed to integrating equity and belonging principles into their everyday leadership. Over the course of the year\, participants will engage in one-on-one coaching and facilitated group discussions facilitated by Abby Anderson of The Justice Walk. This will allow participants time for self-assessment\, goal setting\, and skill development while co-creating a community to hold space for exploring ideas\, giving and receiving feedback\, practicing new tools\, considering shared challenges\, and celebrating progress. \nTo apply to be part of the small cohort\, please submit an application by January 19th\, 2024. \nApply Now
