The event will also include a nonprofit open house and a moderated discussion with local leaders working at the intersection of community-based care and public policy. \nPresented as part of the Norwalk Film Festival\, Bloom is a feature-length documentary that explores the work doulas are doing to fill gaps in the medical system. Bloom follows four birth workers making reproductive care safer and more accessible in their community.
