SUMMARY:Data Bootcamp
DESCRIPTION:Data Bootcamp is a day-long training focused on data analysis and data visualization for nonprofit professionals. Our users are looking for opportunities to learn in a hands-on workshop style and to have supportive instructors close at hand. In the first half of the day\, we will practice data analysis in spreadsheeting format\, including constructing formulas\, creating pivot tables and generating descriptive statistics. In the afternoon\, we will explore data visualization as an analytical tool and for reporting purposes. We will learn ways to enhance basic data viz in Excel and Google Sheets and before exploring other dataviz programs including Tableau. \nLed by the Connecticut Data Collaborative. \nClick here to register.
