DESCRIPTION:The Fund for Women & Girls sponsoring Norwalk Film Festival screening of RATIFIED\n7PM Saturday feature RATIFIED\, a documentary about the ongoing efforts to pass the Equal Rights Amendment. The screening is presented by The Fund for Women & Girls at Fairfield County’s Community Foundation (FCCF). The film portrays the struggle for constitutional gender equality as seen through the eyes of a multi-racial\, multi-generational\, bi-partisan coalition of activists who made Virginia the 38th and final state needed for ratification. Following the screening will be a discussion and Q&A with filmmakers\, politicians\, and voting rights activists. $10 (or included if you purchase a full day pass) \nBar and concessions will be open in the lobby of the District Music Hall throughout the festival\, with a special cocktail hour gathering of filmmakers and attendees\, 6 pm on Saturday.
