DESCRIPTION:Join Fairfield County’s Community Foundation’s first Equitable Leadership Community of Practice supporting White Leaders working in\, for\, and with Communities of Color. This inaugural cohort is intended to support a small group of White individuals who are committed to integrating equity and belonging principles into their everyday leadership. Over the course of the year\, participants will engage in one-on-one coaching and facilitated group discussions facilitated by Abby Anderson of The Justice Walk.
