Mary Grace Pagaduan joined the Foundation in 2023 as FWG Director. In this role, Mary Grace will execute FCCF’s long-term strategic plan for the Fund for Women and Girls.

Prior to joining the Community Foundation, Mary Grace worked for Afya Foundation in Yonkers, NY where she spent the last 5 years as Director of Volunteer Programs. During her time there, she managed the organizations volunteer program; coordinating over 3,000 volunteers to sort, pack, and ship medical supplies to medically underserved areas in over 79 countries. Prior to her role at Afya, she spent over ten years working within the Community Health area focusing on Comprehensive Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention as well as Prenatal Care. This included several years at Planned Parenthood, March of Dimes, and Susan G. Komen for the Cure.

Mary Grace received her bachelor’s degree in political science & French from SUNY Oswego and her MPH degree in international health from New York Medical College. She currently resides in Goldens Bridge, NY.
