Christina Rose joined Fairfield County’s Community Foundation in 2025 as Vice President, Strategic Partnerships. In this role, Christi will oversee legacy and planned giving through the Future Society, manage the Philanthropic Advisory Council (PAC), and cultivate funding partnerships with families, corporate and private foundations, and government entities.

Before joining the Community Foundation, Christi served as Vice President, Philanthropic Strategy & Insights at Accion International, where she led donor outreach initiatives, managed family foundation and donor-advised fund programs, and played a key role in organizational leadership. Prior to that, she spent several years at Foundation Source, where she built partnerships with wealth management firms and advised family and corporate foundations on philanthropic strategy.

Christi holds a Bachelor of Arts from Hunter College and a professional certificate in Philanthropy and Fundraising from New York University. She also earned the designation of Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP) from the American College of Financial Services and is a 21/64 Certified Philanthropic Advisor.
