Strengthening Fairfield
County by amplifying the impact of donors and nonprofits.
Philanthropists and nonprofits share a common vision: to enrich lives, and build stronger communities. They also share a common goal of leveraging resources to make the greatest impact possible. As the primary resource for Fairfield County’s nonprofit sector, FCCF’s Center for Nonprofit Excellence provides education and tools to help nonprofits grow and thrive.
10 years of championing extraordinary Nonprofits.
Since 2009, FCCF’s Center for Nonprofit Excellence (CNE) has been the premier capacity-building and professional development resource for our region’s nonprofit sector. Through educational workshops, webinars, professional development resources and networking opportunities, CNE annually helps hundreds of nonprofit leaders, staff, board members and volunteers increase their effectiveness to make a lasting impact in the communities they serve.
Thank you for joining us on November 13th to celebrate a decade of strengthening Fairfield County nonprofits through FCCF’s Center for Nonprofit Excellence!

I have seen a big impact on the board and what they bring to the table because of the Center for Nonprofit Excellence. We went from a group of people who had wonderful volunteer spirit but were frustrated, stuck in a ‘rubber-stamping’ mode, to a more active, engaged board that knows how to lead.
