What does being strong mean to you?
Make a short video to show us how you are strong. It could be inner strength, strength in a sport, strength in a unique skill or passion or more. Be creative and show us your power! Share it to our Facebook and Twitter pages with the tags #LikeAGirl and #FWGgirl, and you’ll be entered to win a chance to meet World Cup champion Abby Wambach at our Annual Luncheon at the Greenwich Hyatt on April 7th from 12-2pm.
Meet Abby Wambach: Strength On and Off the Field
As an Olympian and World Cup Champion, Abby Wambach was always the first one down the field – making her one of the highest scoring soccer players of all time. Off the field, Abby advocates for equal treatment for women, both in sports and in life. Abby shows us that strength is not just physical, but also standing up for what you believe in.
