Alessia Courtney

Alessia Courtney joined the Community Foundation in 2025. As Manager, Donor Insights & Engagement she is responsible for reporting, and analytics that drive donor engagement, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. Alessia comes to us from Nuvance Health, where she spent the last four years as a Leadership Gift Officer, managing a portfolio of 100+ major donors. She previously served as Development Associate at the Family & Children’s Agency, leading fundraising analytics, planning large-scale events, and enhancing donor engagement.

Alessia holds a BA in Human Rights & Political Science and an MPA, both from the University of Connecticut.
