Betty Rucker

Betty Rucker joined the Community Foundation in 2024. As Controller, she is responsible for maintaining the Foundation’s accounting records, and delivering timely, accurate and relevant reporting on its financial position and results of operations.

Betty brings over 20 years of accounting, financial operations and reporting experience to the Foundation. She began her career in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Over the last two decades, she has served as controller for organizations across multiple industries, including wealth management, private banking and technology services. She has deep experience in leading teams in complex business environments and advising executives and boards in challenging markets.

Betty holds a BBA in accounting from the College of William & Mary in Virginia. She resides with her family in Fairfield County.
