Khalilah Johnson

In 2017 Khalilah joined the Community Foundation as an Administrative Assistant supporting the Fund for Women & Girls. She then moved to the Philanthropy teams serving as an Associate responsible for managing the gift processing and acknowledgment function for all gifts. In 2023, Khalilah was promoted to Sr. Associate, Donor Advised Fund & Scholarship Grants.  In this role, she works with the Community Foundation’s donors and charitable fundholders to manage the grant disbursement process for donor advised funds. She also manages and administers the Community Foundation’s Scholarships Program. Additionally, Khalilah finds extreme joy in creating playlists for FCCF celebrations, events and social media.

Prior to joining the Community Foundation, Khalilah worked at Save the Children in Fairfield.

Khalilah holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Bridgeport. She enjoys music and spending time with her family.
