Tatiana Gay

Tatiana Gay joined Fairfield County’s Community Foundation in 2023. As Philanthropy Associate, Tatiana plays a key role in facilitating our fundraising and donor engagement initiatives, focusing on managing database records and providing support for a variety of donor and partner events. Prior to joining the Community Foundation, Tatiana was with United Way of Central & Northeastern CT. She began her time there as a New Business Development Coordinator and was later promoted to Corporate Engagement Manager. Tatiana successfully achieved fundraising goals, researched prospects, enhanced donor participation, and secured diverse funding sources.

Tatiana holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from the University of New Haven and a certificate in Women’s Entrepreneurship from Cornell University. She currently resides in West Haven, CT and enjoys cooking, shopping, and a variety of creative works. She is also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and the owner of Tatiana Ashanti Studio.
