Improving Community Health Through Community Engagement

In our fourth episode, which was held on January 26, 2021, we discussed how Community Health workers and physicians at Bridgeport Hospital have used community assessments to provide rapid support to residents in Bridgeport most affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
