This is the second workshop in our ASCEND series, helping entry and mid-level nonprofit professionals develop the skills and confidence they need to grow within their careers and organizations.  In this workshop, participants are introduced to Time Management and Project Management best practices and learn how they can leverage these skills to influence direct reports, project teams, and individuals outside of their direct management. When time permits, participants will have the opportunity to practice these skills in structured individual or group exercises.
