Learn with our Center for Nonprofit Excellence in 2026!

Launched in 2025, Our Communities of Practice are virtual peer learning spaces designed for nonprofit leaders who want to think deeply, problem-solve collectively, and strengthen their organizations alongside trusted colleagues. Each group brings together professionals in similar roles or focus areas to share real-time challenges, exchange practical strategies, and explore emerging issues shaping our sector. There’s no posturing and no pressure. Only thoughtful conversation, shared wisdom, and a commitment to helping one another succeed.

These groups are shaped by the members themselves. We respond to what leaders are experiencing in their day-to-day work and create space for honest dialogue, collaboration, and connection. In addition to monthly and bimonthly gatherings, members are eligible for on-demand 1:1 coaching opportunities to support specific challenges or leadership goals as they arise.
