Secure Jobs, CT was a two-year demonstration pilot designed to increase the income of families transitioning from homelessness to housing by connecting them to the education, training, and supports they need to secure and maintain stable, competitive employment.
The Fireman Charitable Foundation implemented a highly successful pilot of the Secure Jobs initiative in Massachusetts. The Community Foundation partnered with Melville Charitable Trust and state and regional funders to replicate this model throughout Connecticut, including in Fairfield County.
