Fairfield County Forward for Grantees: Where We Are – Where We Are Going

At the center of the Community Foundation’s new strategic plan, Fairfield County Forward is a new approach to addressing the structural and root causes of persistent racial inequities in our community. As we collaborate with our nonprofit partners to advance race equity in education, income & asset building, health, and housing, we want to share how our grantmaking work will be informed and influenced by our new, exciting path to move Fairfield County Forward.
