Please join us on our upcoming presentation to address the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) and Emergency Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), put in place in response to the Covid-19 crisis.

Our featured speakers are Maurice Segall, Pro Bono Partnership’s New York and Fairfield County Program Director; and Jennifer Grudnowski, Pro Bono Partnership’s Senior Staff Attorney.

They will provide an overview of the new federal sick leave laws, the difference between furloughs and reduction in force (RIFs), related tax credit information, and unemployment benefits.
