Integrating an Equity Mindset Into Everyday Actions

Back by popular demand! This 90-min virtual workshop will focus on what area nonprofits are doing/can do to move from talking about equity to implementing equity in their policies and practices.

Attendees will be asked to think about what steps towards equity your organization has taken, what barriers or challenges exist that keep your organization from moving forward, and ideas to overcome those challenges.

Discussion during the workshop will build on the thoughts, questions, and success stories attendees bring into the room, resulting in peer-to-peer learning, support, and the sharing of practical action steps we can bring back to our organizations.
