Fritny Fontilus

Fritny Fontilus joined the Community Foundation in 2024 as an intern and transferred into a full-time position in 2025. As Philanthropy Associate, she is responsible for data management, process improvement, and relationship support to ensure seamless donor operations and exceptional fundholder service, leading day-to-day execution, and donor-facing support.

In her internship with FCCF, Fritny assisted our SLER Team in supporting program evaluation, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement. Fritny has a background in immigration advocacy, digital content creation, and nonprofit leadership, including co-founding and leading the Haitian Hub Resources Center.

Fritny holds a BA in Political Science from Eastern Connecticut State University and a MPP from University of Connecticut.
