Advanced Supervision: Strengthening Middle Manager Skills

As ambiguity in the nonprofit sector can lead to anxiety and challenges dynamics in the field, it is critical that supervisors continue to grow and strengthen their own skills to ensure their staff and organizations can thrive – even in challenging times.

This course will explore the following topics: building effective teams, giving and receiving feedback, project management, and using data to inform decision-making.

Attendees should have completed basic supervisor training previously and is intended for those with at least 6 months of work experience supervising others.
