About the presenter:

Sean Heffron is the Director of the Student Experience for the Jack Welch College of Business at Sacred Heart University. He has presented at multiple conferences and workshops as a keynote speaker. In addition to his role as Director, Sean also teaches Business Communications courses, is a published author, a husband and father, and a forever hopeful Baltimore Orioles fan.
