Phillip Daniels

Phillip Daniels joined Fairfield County’s Community Foundation in 2023. As Sr. Director, Major Gifts, Phillip is responsible for formulating and implementing the overarching fundraising strategy for the Foundation. Prior to joining the Community Foundation, Phillip was with All Star Code where he was the Sr. Development Director overseeing a $3.0 million fundraising campaign through various strategies such as grant-writing, special events, and direct mail. Prior to this he held key positions at organizations like Brick Education Network, UNCF, United Way of Greater Union County, Black Health Matters, and Pioneer Electronics, contributing to their growth and success.

Phillip received a bachelor’s degree in communications from Brockport State University. Phillip resides in New Jersey and is a passionate traveler who enjoys exploring new destinations and diverse cultures.
