Rebecca Cordero

Rebecca Cordero is the Senior Director of Grants and Programs at Fairfield County’s Community Foundation, overseeing the Center for Nonprofit Excellence and the Fund for Women & Girls. Since joining the Foundation in 2019, she has led initiatives that strengthen nonprofit organizations, support women and girls, and advance community impact throughout Fairfield County.

Rebecca holds master’s degrees in Museum Studies and Nonprofit Management from Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Connecticut.
