Heather Wainwright

Heather joined the Community Foundation in 2018 as an Administrative Assistant to Community Impact. In 2022, Heather was promoted to Executive Associate supporting our President and CEO.

Prior to joining the Community Foundation, Heather spent twenty years as an undergraduate educator in Wisconsin and Minnesota.

Heather holds a Ph.D. in philosophy from the University of Minnesota and a bachelor’s degree in English from Boston College. Her hometown is Hamden, where she currently resides.
